Teacher
Before joining our team, Jean-Baptiste was a French Kindergarten teacher and the pedagogical coordinator of a trilingual French Kindergarten in Moscow.
Mélina
French Teacher
Mélina holds a master's degree in teaching and has taught in nursery and elementary schools in France before joining our team.
Cécile
Teacher
Before joining our team, Cécile has had a career of more than 25 years at French Ministry of Education. She has been Kindergarten teacher, school director and pedagogical advisor.
Lizzy
English & Mandarin Teacher
Lizzy has had more than 15 years teaching experience in China and HK. She was a high school English teacher in China and has been teaching Mandarin in HK.
Wing Lam, Assistant Teacher
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Niki has always worked with Children. Bilingual in French, she is always here to give an hand to assist teachers and help children.
Paul
Founder
Paul created La Maternelle in 2013. Arriving in Hong Kong in 2009, he first worked at the Lycée Français International and taught in an international school.
Maxine

Passionate about theatre and convinced that language is above all alive and must be spoken, Maxine runs fun classes and knows how to get children involved.
